Women on the Mara – Extremely excited about this announcement!

Sarah Devin, the founder of Women in Wildlife Photography, has put together an all-women’s Maasai Mara Safari in 2024. She has invited me to be a co-leader along with Vicki Santello and herself!

This first “Women on the Mara” safari is going to be epic so I could not be prouder to be a part of the FIRST team.

IN SARAHS OWN WORDS –

“As wildlife photographers, women have arrived, and what better way to celebrate than to travel together on every wildlife photographers bucket list safari. The Great Migration is perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences to be had. With over a million Wildebeest and thousands upon thousands of Zebra and Gazelles migrating through the Mara in search of lush green grass, they are met by some of the worlds most lethal predators, big cats. This is wild Africa at its best.”

It is so exciting to be in the position to mentor other extremely passionate female photographers in one of my absolute favorite wildlife destinations across Africa that had such a dramatic impact on my career!!

Would love to go and am very interested. I’ve been on two Maasai Mara safaris previously. It would be so exciting for all woman to go together. My working position for the last 15 years has been ‘photographer ‘ .
