Greetings from the Maasai Mara, Kenya!
I have just finished another epic migration safari and have not had one extra minute to share this exciting news. Just before departing for Kenya the Insatiable Traveler named Piper Mackay Photography as one of the 10 Best African PhotoSafari Companies in the World!
This really is a huge honor I never expected. My entire life changed on that first safari I took to Africa in May of 2004. The transition from fashion design to an African wildlife and tribal photographer has been the toughest journey that I could imagine, but filled with incredible rewards and experiences. Although, I passionately custom design every itinerary to be what I think is the best safari experience I can offer, the safari business is very tough and incredibly competitive, which is why I am so humbly honored to sit along side such large and well known photographic safari companies.
